Working with V7 to reinvent 6,000 sq ft in Bristol’s prominent Pivot + Mark building

Delivering high quality tenant ready workspace for summer 2025

Working in partnership with longstanding client, V7, Morgan Lovell is delivering ready to let, Cat A+ office spaces for Bristol workplace, Pivot + Mark. The project is set to transform the fifth floor into two contemporary, ready to let workplaces, enhancing the appeal and value of this central asset.

V7 selected Morgan Lovell to design, fit out and deliver two tenant ready spaces on level five of Pivot + Mark. The works involve the strip out and subdivision of the nearly 6,000 sq ft floorplate into two thoughtfully designed premises, tailored to meet the needs of modern occupiers.

Situated on Baldwin Street, the building enjoys a prominent, Bristol city centre location neighbouring St Nicholas Market and Queen Square. A short walk away from the station, the workspace is conveniently placed for tenants commuting in and out of Bristol.

The two office spaces are designed to be seamlessly cohesive with other floors in the building, but with their own unique charm. A focus on work setting variety, collaboration and employee wellbeing, both spaces include tea point facilities, meeting rooms, open plan desk area and break out spaces, ready for tenants to move in as soon as possible.

Project partners include Black Cat Building Consultancy, Knight Frank and Savills. Project works on site have commenced and aim to complete in June 2025.
