A premier US law firm was relocating their London office and wanted a fit out matching the quality and attention to detail of their Manhattan headquarters. The vision for the space celebrated existing architectural components, while integrating elements inspired by luxury London hospitality spaces.

A signature space

The new workplace spans two floors and features a reception, client lounge, formal meeting rooms, open plan workspace, a central hub, wellness room and tea point. One of the floor hubs has a café-bistro feel, with polished finishes and relaxed seating, an aesthetic that continues upstairs at the tea point to create a consistent look across staff areas.

Quality is evident throughout, from bespoke joinery to a custom rug in the reception. An art consultant was used to curate a collection that brings cultural depth to the space, while acoustic consultants helped balance collaboration and privacy in meeting rooms and shared zones. The layout also supports regular events, with banquette seating and counters placed just outside the client meeting rooms. For quieter moments, a calming wellness room with muted tones and soft lighting gives staff a peaceful place to unwind.

The end result is a timeless, confident office that supports the firm's people and welcomes clients in style. Every detail has been considered, every finish carefully selected. The space feels calm, professional and premium - a subtle reflection of the firm's heritage and values, now firmly rooted in its new London home.
